The Citroën Saxo is a small car manufactured from 1996 to 2004. It was also sold in Japan under the highly French name Citroën Chanson, as Honda had registered the Saxo name. Not surprisingly, Honda at the time used to call its cars musical terms such as Accord, Prelude or Jazz. Citroën Saxo shared many engine and body parts with the Peugeot 106. The main difference was the interior and the front and rear of the body. In 2004, the car was replaced by new models - Citroën C2 and Citroën C3.
