The Fiat Barchetta is a small roadster manufactured from 1995 to 2005 on the first-generation Fiat Punto chassis. In Italian, "Barchetta" means "boat." The car has a 1.8-liter twin-cam petrol engine with 131 hp / 96 kW. The Barchetta weighs just 1,056 kg without an air conditioning system and can accelerate to 100 km / h in 8.9 seconds. In 2003, the Barchetta was refurbished - the car received many minor improvements, the most notable being the third brake light at the rear of the car.
