Lamborghini Centenario, 2016 - 2017
Every time we see a new Lamborghini, we think it is the most impressive Lamborghini ever made. In fact, it is. The designers of this company are still able to present the same design style that they have been developing in the 1930s in a new, yet unseen light. Such is the case with the beautifully designed Centenario - a symphony of triangular and trapezoidal shapes combined to a perfect sound, it is a real masterpiece of car design. The € 2 million car is set to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of the company's founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini. What’s interesting about this car, is it a hybrid “supercar” like the Ferrari LaFerrari or the Porsche 918? No, it’s not a “hybrid”. It is a car that emphasizes the classic values of sports cars - an inspiring design, light weight plus a large atmospheric high-revving engine. Under the Centenary's bonnet is a 6.5-liter V12 engine with 760 hp, allowing the car to reach 100 km / h in just 2.8 seconds. Pure power and dynamics without any "electric" steroids. Lamborghini engineers also paid a lot of attention to the car’s aerodynamics. The front spoiler not only creates clamping force, but also distributes airflows above and below the car, and the rear one of the largest diffusers we've ever seen in a production car performs the basic magic of erodynamics speed. The Centenario is also the first Lamborghini to have rear-wheel drive, which increases the car's maneuverability at low speeds and stability at high speeds. Despite all these technologies, the Centenario weighs 1,520 kg and is 55 kg lighter than the Lamborghini Aventador.
