In 2010, Nissan introduced the new fourth-generation Micra (W02A), which is built on the B platform and equipped with small 1.2-1.3 engines. The car is now a global model, so it is manufactured in five countries and sold in as many as 160 countries. Just looking at it, it is clear that the designers did not pursue fashion, but tried to create a car of universal design that would appeal to buyers in Asia, Europe and America. The car may not be a masterpiece of design, but it looks modern enough, playful enough and is much more attractive compared to its predecessor. On closer inspection, one can see similarities with the second-generation Micra, which was produced in 1992-2003: the same cubic body lines, modestly shaped headlights, similar window lines. The manufacturer has not only tried to create a more attractive but also a more stable car on the road that has a lower tendency to cornering. The dimensions of this Micra remain "micro": length - 3780 mm, width - 1665 mm, height - 1525 mm, weight about 945 kg. The car's smallest engine is 1.2 L with 3 cylinders, 74 hp and 108 Nm of torque (emits 115 g / km of CO2). Another engine available in Europe is the 1.2 L supercharger with 96 hp, 142 Nm and 95 g / km respectively. This version has a Start / Stop system to help reduce emissions by 6%. Gearboxes two - mechanical and automatic CVT type. Additional equipment will include a Nissan Connect touch screen, a glass sunroof, as well as parking assistance with PSM. Interestingly, the PSM system has three different sensitivity levels for beginners, advanced, and professionals.
