The Porsche 911 Turbo is the most powerful Porsche in the 911 series, at least until the new 911 GT2 came out. Since its inception in 1974, the 911 Turbo model has been a kind of boundary, an intermediate link between just a sports car and a supercar. Over the sixth-generation 911 Turbo version, the rear axle engineers installed a conventional-volume 3.8-liter engine with two turbochargers, generating 513 hp (20 hp more than the previous version’s engine) and 750 Nm of torque. The car is extremely fast, but if you want even more dynamism and exclusivity, you can buy the 911 Turbo S version - it has 40 hp more power, 20-inch diameter rims, ceramic brake discs and active suspension. This car is incredibly fast - with this unit, this Porsche accelerates to 100 km / h in 3.1 seconds (in practice, results of less than 3 seconds have been achieved!) And reaches a top speed of 319 km / h. This power is controlled via an automatic PDK transmission with a dual clutch system. It’s a bit of a disappointment for true driving enthusiasts because, like the GT3 models, the Turbo won’t have mechanical transmissions. The rear wheels of the car will now not only perform the function of transmitting power, but will also be steered i.e. the driver will control not only the angle of rotation of the front wheels, but also the rotation of the rear wheels by several degrees. Such is the case with this extraordinary 911 model - after evaluating everything, it can be concluded that on public roads you will not be able to use the full potential of this car, so you will have to think about the Nurburgring route.
