The small two-seater Renault Wind roadster is based on the Twingo and uses many of its mechanical components. This convertible convertible is a nice enough car with unconventional proportions and interesting shapes, so it really draws attention to itself. True, inside, the potential buyer is likely to be disappointed, as the dashboard boasts neither originality (or just something we’ve seen in Honda Del Sol or Mazda MX-3 cars?) Or the quality of the materials used - gray hard plastic reigns here. Renault Wind is equipped with two petrol engines - a 1.6-liter 131 hp and a turbine 1.2-liter 99 hp engine. While the engines won't make much of an impression, let's not forget that the Wind is really light, its suspension is sporty, the grip on the road is really commendable, and the steering is "light" but precise. Another interesting aspect is the cleverly designed automatic roof that simply folds into the space above the luggage compartment. Its operation is simple but very practical and takes just 12 seconds. Whether it is loaded or lowered, the boot volume remains the same at 270 liters. This is more than similar competitors Fiat 500 or Ford Ka.
