The Seat Cordoba is a small family car developed by the Volkswagen Group and sold under the Seat badge. This Cordoba is already the second model and is marketed as a sporty and youthful car (like most Seat) sold at competitive prices (while the Skoda is marketed as just a cheap reliable car). The second-generation Seat Cordoba is identical to the Ibiza III only with a sedan body. The Cordoba II uses the chassis and engines in conjunction with other VW Group models, the Volkswagen Polo Mk IV and the Skoda Fabia. Rarely do small hatchbacks based on hatchbacks become popular in Europe. The Cordoba, which has not become more popular than the Ibiza hatchback, is no exception. It is therefore not surprising that this model has not continued to exist and has not been sold in Europe since 2008.
