The Seat Ibiza is a small car developed by the Volkswagen Group and produced on the PQ24 platform like the VW Typ 9N Polo model. The car has a sporty design created by Italian designer Walter de’Silva. This Ibiza is already the third model and is marketed as a sporty and youthful model (like most SEATs) sold at competitive prices (while the Skoda is marketed as just a cheap reliable car). The third-generation Seat Ibiza is identical to the Cordoba II model only with a hatchback body. The more aggressive design did not overshadow the practicality of the car - it is the largest Ibiza with enough space for five adults and a fairly spacious luggage compartment. The most powerful versions - the FR and Cupra TDI have 1.9-liter turbodiesel engines with 130 and 160 hp respectively. The latter engine is an improved unit of the VW Golf version with 150 hp and is one of the most powerful two-valve cylinders, up to 2 liters of diesel engines.
In 2003, WhatCar? Magazine Seat Ibiza was chosen as the car of the year. He was also voted Best Mini Class of the Year for three years in a row.

Seat Ibiza 1,4l 55kw

Well managed, economical, fun on short trips
Electronics, power steering, thin sheet metal, lack of comfort
I had this baby for a year and a half. Over the years, I have realized what he really is. His biggest and most annoying trouble is electronics. This problem often did not start not only in winter, but also when the temperature dro...

Maneuverable, economical, convenient, low fuel consumption.
Hard chassis, Fa filter often clogs (since I'm driving mostly in the city)
The chassis is solid normal for cars of this size. Maneuvering. Low fuel consumption....

Seat Ibiza 1.9 TDI 96kw

Very powerful, manoeuvrable, not very expensive to operate
Inhumane tough suspension!?Poor visibility through the rear window
Whatever, but the hardness of the chassis is unhealthy ... Shaking inhumanely ... When you drive from Anyk??iai to Panev??ys, you feel discouraged and tired, as if you have driven 200 km ... Here is my biggest minus!?Whoever you b...

Seat Ibiza 1,9tdi 74kW
My rating  My rating Recommended
Well-manageable, quite high, easily maneuverable on heavily snow-covered roads. Maximum speed – 110 mph – surprises me :)
Electronics, problems with power steering, very poor quality of the interior material, poor sound isolation, no comfort
Hard plastic gives a rattling sound, the chassis is solid. There’s enough power for this engine thus no complaints about the traction. It’s important that the catalyst converter wouldn’t be cut out otherwise when the accelerator i...

Easy operation. Quite high, easy to cross on a heavier snowy road. Maximum speed 180km / h, which is surprising :)
Electronics, power steering failures, tragic quality of interior materials, poor sound insulation, no comfort.
Plastics are extremely hard, rattle. the chassis is very steep. The engine power has enough weight for the car to pull well. It is very important not to cut the catalyst, because without it, a very unpleasant sound to the ear when...

Eye-catching appearance, economy, durability and maneuverability.
Maybe too much noise in the cabin from the engine when you drive without music.
A small city beast, a great machine for everyday use, and especially for girls....

Great car at a very good price. Stylish, economical, powerful, very reliable. The quality of VW is felt, so it is a very good choice for the money paid.
Don't buy if you have a family with several children - they won't have enough space. Maybe a bit noisy car.
Very great car. Of course, this is not the Audi A4 or the BMW 5. However, if you are looking for a practical, reliable, new enough car that wants to use it very intensively, this car should be on your list of choices. In more deta...
