The Škoda Fabia is a compact car manufactured since 1999 and has replaced the Skoda Felicia. The Fabia was produced in hatchback and station wagon bodies. The second-generation Fabia was officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2007 and is produced on the PQ24 platform like the first-generation Fabia. The new model has become slightly larger than its predecessor, and the design is similar to the previously appeared Roomster. Compared to the first-generation station wagon, the Fabia station wagon became 7 mm longer and 46 mm higher, and the payload increased to 480 liters. All models sold in the European Union have front airbags, and curtain-type airbags are optional.
