Like its predecessor, the second-generation Toyota Aygo was developed in conjunction with the Peugeot 108 and Citroen C1 models. Only now do all three cars no longer look identical. This time we are greeted by a truly radically designed Aygo - which is not at all surprising, as the latest Toyota (Lexus) models are no longer moderate in design - they have become aggressive, stand out and attract the attention of passers-by. The Aygo's design axle is a large X-shaped section running from the front struts to the bottom of the bumper. The owners will be able to change the color of this "ikso", as well as some details in the interior, so these pleasant details will attract younger buyers and give the owners a lot of fun moments. Inside, the main design focus is on a center-mounted touch-screen LCD screen. Of course, the plastic used is cheap, but it is an acceptable standard in this class. The big advantage is that the car has become much quieter - it better insulates the sound from the road and wind noise. The Toyota Aygo has become slightly larger on the outside and more spacious on the inside thanks to the fact that the seats have been mounted below and the roof has protrusions above the heads. The luggage compartment also increased by 29 liters to 168 liters. Because this little one weighs less than its predecessor, it also needs a three-cylinder 1.0-liter engine, which "spins" perfectly even without a turbocharger. With 68 hp and high revs, this engine is sure to give the city the power it needs and the fun factor that people expect when driving such a baby.
