Volvo, driving the XC90 with great success, didn’t wait long and introduced a new compact SUV. The well-designed car will undoubtedly be a success even though it will have to compete with an entire army of compact SUVs. The car has a truly exclusive, but at the same time typical Volvo design. The XC60 is equipped with petrol and diesel engines already in production. The SUV is built on the Volvo P24 platform and shares some technology with the Land Rover Freelander, so the car will not be "walking" and off-road. The most powerful engine is a 6-cylinder turbo with 285 hp (213 kW) and an all-wheel drive system from Haldex. The car has a comfortable, luxurious interior, great seats, 40/20/40 folding rear seats, and only time will tell about the shortcomings.
In 2009, the Volvo XC60 was the best-selling Volvo car.

The XC60 was one of three cars (along with the Nissan Qashqai and Renault Megane) that scored 37 out of 37 possible in EuroNCAP crash tests.

Carriage for family women from the series "I want a jeep"
My rating  My rating Recommended
Good carriage for family women '' I want a jeep ''
Expensive transportation
Stylist carriage for family women or bobs. The suspension is solid, everything feels like driving on the asphalted Lithuanian asphalt - the car does not sail at all, and when driving on a potholed country road, transport is still ...

I drove with Volvo for 4 years. I didn?t buy the xc60 because it has a stiff, completely uncomfortable chassis, an insensitive steering wheel, a very large turning radius, with a mechanical deck, a very weak clutch. Other than app...

Volvo xc60 3.2 petrol, simple.
My rating  My rating Recommended
Safe, high ground clearance, comfortable seats, good friends with gas
Barska, solid, expensive services, inadequate price, little electronics master (Klaipeda).
Hello, I had purchased a 2012 xc60 3.2 petrol from the USA. The defect was a small fire in the engine compartment, sintered cascades in this block. Purchased was through the recommendations of a familiar. After visiting the impres...

2010 XC60 D5 151kW AWD (addition)
My rating  My rating Recommended
Great family car with all crossover functions, beautiful Swedish design, comfortable, ergonomic, D5 super engine
Expensive AWD system failure, problems with power steering, large turning radius, hard chassis, awkward armrest
Another common problem with the D5 is the engine / box cushions. 100 euros. Now everything....

Great family car with all crossover functions, beautiful Swedish design, comfortable, ergonomic, D5 super engine
Expensive AWD system failure, problems with power steering, large turning radius, hard chassis, awkward armrest
Addition to the answer: I forgot to add to the cons: only 2 adults can sit comfortably in the back, because the third person has a transmission tunnel in the middle and there is nowhere to sit comfortably, and the knees rest on th...

Great family car with all crossover functions, beautiful Swedish design, comfortable, ergonomic, D5 super engine
Expensive AWD system failure, problems with power steering, large turning radius, hard chassis, awkward armrest
A good family car but no wonder. The price for what you get is too high, although the alternative crossovers X3, Q5 are even more expensive, CR-V is similar in price. The XC60 is perfect for the family - spacious trunk, high throu...

The time has come when I have decided to change my faithful Outlander XL to a newer and more perfect car. I can't say anything bad about the old Outlander- he, without any problems, served for 6 years and drove with him 80 thousan...

Volvo XC60 T6 210kW
My rating  My rating Recommended
Swift engine, nice sound, especially from 5k rpm. Easy to operate, comfortable. Well, probably few will object to the car being a great design.
Little space for passengers in the back.
I have been driving this beast for only half a year, but each departure only brings joy and pleasure. Before that I tried the diesel options, but the diesels and T6 as day and night. Ryja (14.5l / 100km in the city) - a lot, but w...

Not a miracle
My rating  My rating Recommended
Modern design
Not enough room for passengers, car turning circle too big.
Both it and sold it few months later. It wouldn't be too bad but fuel consumption in the city is bad. Around 25 mpg. No room at the back for adults, only for kids. Didn't like driving it. Steering too heavy, unresponsive. Steeri...

Hello!?So, I'll start with the fact that we were only looking for petrol, as people who have only been in Volvo cars for a long time said, "want to visit the service more often - buy diesel, just want to refuel and change lubrican...

Low cabin space, excessive turning radius
I downloaded it from France for myself, but sold it a few months later. Everything might not be bad, but the diesel city swallows unconsciously, about 11l. At the end, there is virtually no room for adults unless children. I also ...

Exterior and interior design, comfort, security

This is a reliable car. There were no serious defects during three years of use, and the trifles (the central door did not unlock the rear door) were removed during the warranty period. It is a comfortable car, equipped quite well...
