Volvo, driving the XC90 with great success, didn’t wait long and introduced a new compact SUV. The XC60 is equipped with petrol and diesel engines already in production. The SUV is built on the Volvo P24 platform and shares some technology with the Land Rover Freelander, so the car will not be "walking" and off-road. The most powerful engine is a 6-cylinder turbo with 285 hp (213 kW) and an all-wheel drive system from Haldex. The car has a comfortable, luxurious interior, great seats, 40/20/40 folding rear seats, and only time will tell about the shortcomings.
