Aston Martin Vantage, 1989 - 2000
The Aston Martin Vantage or V8 is a more powerful version of the Aston Martin Virage. Introduced in 1992, the Vanquish model was useful until 2000, when it was replaced by the modern one. Although the Virage and Vantage models were very similar, their bodies are different in everything - only the roof, doors and side mirrors are the same. The Vantage model is wider, lower and more aggressive - the car looks truly exceptional. Even now, the design of the Aston Martin Vantage has a great deal of understanding - wide wings, important wheel arches, four round headlights at the time of fashion standards and the typical Aston Martin front. The Aston Martin Vantage looks both modern and conservative. The car has a 5.3 L V8 engine with two turbochargers. The power reaches 558 hp (410 kW) and the torque reaches all 745 Nm at 4000 rpm. The top speed of the car is 300 km / h and acceleration to 97 km / h (60 miles per hour) takes just 4.6 seconds. New European emissions regulations have forced Aston Martin to discontinue production of the V8 / Vantage model. The last modification, called the V8 Vantage Le Mans, was released in 1959. Aston Martin's victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. These rare versions were produced in just 40 units - each with a powerful 612 hp (450 kW) and 820 Nm engine.
