Nothing is eternal - even the sleek and timeless Aston Martin Vantage will be replaced this year. This car is the second in the Aston Martin range to have joint units with Mercedes and it will be nothing more than an AMG V8 engine. The benefits of this collaboration were first demonstrated in June 2017 when Aston Martin introduced the DB11 model with an AMG engine. It was a V8 4.0-liter turbo engine that is also used in the new Vantage model. The larger DB11 V8 develops 503 hp, while the smaller Vantage has a slightly lower 450 hp, which is transmitted to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. However, this is enough for a small Aston to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in less than four seconds. The design of the Aston Martin Vantage is evolutionary, with company-specific attributes such as a trapezoidal radiator grille on the front reminiscent of that found in the Aston Martin Vulcan supercar. The newcomer remained small, compact, a very close competitor to the Porsche 911 and Jaguar F-Type models. Compared to its competitors, the Aston Martin boasts not only a legendary brand, but also a lighter aluminum chassis and a new turbocharged 8-cylinder engine, which will give it weight when competing with 6-cylinder Porsche models.

This car does not have EuroNCAP safety rating.
