The new S4 has changed significantly - both the sedan and station wagon models have a completely new front design with Audi's characteristic large single-frame decorative grille and LED headlights. The car became a little lower and wider. Undoubtedly, the car became sportier. The S4 now has a smaller 3.0-liter V6 engine with a turbine and FSI fuel injection, borrowed from the new Audi A6 model. The newly developed six-cylinder engine impresses with an impressive 333 hp (245 kW) and 440 Nm of torque. This engine is equipped with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed S-Tronic gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.1 seconds and the maximum speed is electronically limited to 250 km / h. The new S4 is built on the Audi modular longitudinal platform, on which the A5 coupe is also produced. The new platform allows the front axle to be pushed forward. This means that the wheelbase lengthens (thus increasing the car’s stability and interior space without increasing the car’s dimensions), and the engine is retracted more to the center, giving the car a better weight distribution between the front and rear axles (again meaning better handling). In addition to the Quattro system, Audi has a good reputation for quality interiors and a focus on safety. The new S4 is no exception - the safety institute IIHS, A4 / S4 gave the highest safety rating in its class. The A4 / S4 has standard two front, side, curtain airbags, ABS and electronic stability system. In the interior, the new instrument panel is analogous to that of the A6 model, and the materials are only of the highest quality. Stylish S-style sports seats will ensure a strong driver's seat when testing the sporty features of the S4.
