This is the "worst" TT model ever made. Developed by quattro GmbH, the TT RS is manufactured with a coupe or convertible body. The car, like its predecessor, has a 5-cylinder turbo engine, but now this unit develops 340 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque in the range of 2,500-5,000 rpm. The car has a 6-speed manual transmission and like all RS models is only produced with the Audi-branded quattro four-wheel drive system. Like the TTS, the TT RS model has a 10mm lower suspension, standard 18-inch rims with 245/45 ZR tires. The powerful front-cooled brakes have 370 mm diameter discs and four-piston calipers adorned with the RS emblem. The TT RS has a fixed or liftable rear spoiler, great alcantara / leather seats in the interior, a sport button that accelerates the car’s throttle throttle, steering features and opens the exhaust valves, giving this small car a clever muffled voice. Officially, the TT RS accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4.6 seconds, with a top speed limit of 250 km / h. From 80 to 120 km / h, the TT RS accelerates faster than almost any other car, even faster than the Lamborghini Murcielago LP-640, which costs about 5 times more. The TT RS holds the road perfectly, but it tends to slip the front outwards when turning outwards, as unlike the R8 or RS4, this car’s quattro four-wheel drive system isn’t matched to give more power to the rear wheels. As a result, the TT RS may not be as competitive as its competitor, the Porsche Cayman S.
