The second-generation Cadillac SRX is a brand new model that shares the GM Theta Premium platform with the Saab 9-4X crossover and is powered by front wheels. The main competitors of the SRX model are Acura MDX, Lexus RX and Lincoln MKX SUVs. The main engine is a 3.0-liter V6 with direct fuel injection of 250 hp (190 kW) and 300 Nm of torque, the other is a 3.6-liter engine borrowed from the Cadillac CTS, or a 2.8-liter turbo V6 engine with 300 hp (220 kW) and 400 Nm of torque.
Such a Cadillac is driven by Spanish basketball player Ricky Rubio.
