Chevrolet Epica is related to the Daewoo Tosca model. It uses the Daewoo XK’s six-in-a-row cylinder engines, which are designed in conjunction with Porsche. This is what sets the Epica apart from other models in the range. This car is powered by front wheels, with a transverse engine, so the 6-cylinder engine needs to be very compact. The Epica is available with 2.5- and 2.0-liter engines, which will also be joined by a 2.0-liter RA 420 SOHC, a four-cylinder common rail injection system, a turbocharged Epica with 112 kilowatts (150 hp) and 310 Newtons of torque. This engine is the first joint product of GM Powertrain, GM Daewoo and VM Motori.
