Debuting at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Europe, the Hyundai ix35 replaced the Tucson model. The small SUV is designed as a stylish coupe-shaped, economical and comfortable all-terrain vehicle. The ix35 was developed by Hyundai's European Design Center with former BMW designer Thomas Buerkle at the forefront, making the SUV clearly tailored to European tastes, and the company describes the design style itself as a "sculptural flow". Hyundai Motor claims that other new Hyundai models will have a similar look and that the hexagonal front grille will be the hallmark of this brand. The car will alarm some competitors such as the Ford Kuga and Nissan Qashqai. Even Toyota RAV4 chief engineer Saeki Yoshikazu acknowledged that the Hyundai ix35 is a really good car, and also very stylish. It took 36 months and $ 225 million to build this small SUV. The new ix35 will have stability and descent systems, a panoramic sunroof and a rear view camera. This SUV will be equipped with 1.6 and 2.0 liter petrol and 2.0 liter diesel units.
