Hyundai Veloster, 2011 - 2018
In these times of economy and practicality, it is seldom necessary to get acquainted with a more interesting car. Definitely one of them is the sporty coupe Hyundai Veloster. The car stands out not only for its attractive design (it seems that the Hyundai company has finally grabbed its style thread), but also for the fact that the Veloster has one door on one side and two doors on the other. Why a car with two doors? The answer is simple - try to get out of the parked car through the driver's door in a cramped parking lot. They are large, wide open, and even another car parked far away can become a serious obstacle to getting off. It is true why the manufacturer left two doors on one side only - the answer is hard to find. Indeed, the Veloster replaces the older-produced Coupe model and fills an emerging niche in the sporty and youthful car in the Hyundai range. Veloster boasts a wealth of basic equipment - an automatic climate control system, a touch screen and many other comfort and safety systems. Looking inside, it is obvious that the designers were given freedom. The eyes admire the bold lines, and the fingers are not bad for the quality of the materials. The rear seats will fit quite comfortably with two adult passengers, and the luggage compartment is really large, reaching 320 liters. The car can be equipped with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission with double clutch. True, the base 1.6 L 138 hp unit is more than modest. This model accelerates to 100 km / h in less than 10 seconds, which is very very slow. The suspension is quite comfortable - it easily absorbs pits, but stability is not sacrificed, so the car stays really well in corners, the steering mechanism is precisely balanced and all this gives the driver a lot of great emotions.
