The Range Rover Sport, being both powerful and big and sporty, really stands between the small Evoque and the flagship Range Rover in the Land Rover range. The new model is now built on an aluminum chassis - making it a well-managed, comfortable, lightweight and dynamic car. The obvious competitor to the Range Rover Sport is the Porsche Cayenne or the BMW M X5. This great Land Rover is more comfortable than a refined M-Class Mercedes, as well-managed as the BMW X5, but at the same time outperforms all the listed competitors in terms of its passability. It should be noted that the Range Rover Sport outperforms all competitors not only in passability, but also in its appearance. Lately, Land Rover has been developing cars with really great designs and this model is no exception. The SUV's proportions and large design details exude the familiar "solid" car style, but it's all "flavored" with the more subtle details of the Evoque, such as the headlights and taillights and the front radiator grille. Inside, the Range Rover again impresses with its high-quality interior and great design, which is almost identical to the same Evoque model. The Range Rover Sport has become longer and wider, but slightly lower, and thanks to the aluminum used in the bodywork and all 420 kg lighter. Range Rover Sport models are equipped with base 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 engines with 288 hp. Other diesel variants are the 3.0-liter V6 (255 hp) and the 4.4-liter V8 (334 hp). The largest engine is a modest 5.0-liter 503 hp petrol V8 with mechanical compressors. To all these impressive parameters can be added a huge 784-liter boot, which can be increased to 1761 liters. Sure, it’s a solid and impressive car, but all of these benefits will require a wide range of owner’s wallets.
