Mazda Xedos 9, 1993 - 2003

The Xedos 9 as well as its Japanese copy of the Eunos 800 and the American Millenia were produced on the Mazda T platform. It was Mazda's most luxurious car of its time and was designed to compete with other more luxurious brands, especially in America, such as Honda (Acura), Toyota (Lexus) and Nissan (Infiniti). It was significantly higher quality, better equipped than other Mazda cars - interior plastic of higher quality, covered with a thicker layer of paint. A version of all-wheel drive was also produced. Mazda has argued that with this feature, a moose test called Millenia can beat no worse than the BMW 850i or Nissan 300ZX. The Xedos 9 had a lot of standard comfort-enhancing equipment, and the other pluses were handling, sporty suspension, good brakes and reliability. Among the disadvantages are not the best economy and unimpressive power.
