The Mini is a well-known British car brand now owned by BMW. The legendary car has reached the second generation and is produced with hatchback and convertible bodies. Despite the fact that the car has remained very similar to the 1st generation new MINI, the second generation model is a completely new project with new body parts, interior and engines. The MINI has the same configuration as its predecessor, with a cross-mounted four-cylinder engine and front-wheel drive. The engines are now borrowed from PSA Peugeot Citroen and are more powerful and much more economical. The length of the car has been increased by 60 mm, new taillights and headlights, new front grille, a new instrument panel in the interior, starting the engine with the help of a button, more space for the rear seats and a 10 L larger luggage compartment. The following variants are available in total: the weakest Mini One (1.4 L), the diesel MINI One / D (1.6 L), the sportier MINI Cooper (1.6 L, up to 100 km / h in 9.1 s) and the most powerful turbo variant " MINI Cooper S "(1.6 L Turbo, 175 hp, up to 100 km / h in 7.1 s). The turbo engine is the same as the Peugeot 207 GTi / RC model. The MINI differs not only in the engines, but also in some styling details - the Cooper S has a distinctive air intake on the hood, a double exhaust pipe, the Cooper has more chrome details than the One variant. The car is truly modern, but at the same time perfectly retained the spirit of the old Mini. It’s a small, dynamic, great retro-style city car. It is worth mentioning that this MINI is rated 5 stars in Eure NCAP safety tests. Like the good old Mini, the car can be ordered with a variety of roof colors, lanes running through the hood, large rally-style auxiliary lights, and more.
