As the crossover market expanded in all directions, Opel, albeit belatedly, began to introduce its own crossovers. Not too long ago we got a slightly bigger Opel Antara, and now a mini crossover Mokka. The Opel Mokka is slightly larger than the Nissan Juke, but smaller than the Nissan Qashqai. The car is manufactured with both front and all-wheel drive systems, and is equipped with a number of petrol and diesel engines. We have nothing to blame Opel designers from the outside. The crossover looks fresh - the front is somewhat reminiscent of the acclaimed Opel Insignia, the body lines are sporty, coupe-like, the front and rear bumpers and the doors are adorned with SUV-like plastic trim, which also blends in nicely with the rest of the car's design. Inside, the Mokka doesn’t disappoint in your space - no matter where you sit, you won’t have enough space for your head, legs or elbows. The seats can be arranged in up to 8 different configurations, and the maximum luggage volume is 1372 liters (this is more than the aforementioned Nissan Juke and Nissan Qashqai). The most popular, koger, is a 1.7-liter 128 hp, 300 Nm turbo diesel engine that reaches maximum torque as early as 2000 rpm. Another aspect that can be gratifying is that the well-balanced suspension absorbs road bumps well, but does not "start" the car in sharp turns. What may not appeal to potential buyers is the poor quality of the interior materials and the fact that this little one has strong time-tested competitors.
