Porsche 911 GT3 RS, 2015 - 2016
The new Porsche 911 GT3 RS further reduces the difference between a race car and a street car. The 911 GT3 RS with 500 hp (368 kW) and 460 Nm of torque reaches 100 km / h in 3.3 seconds and 200 km / h in 10.9 seconds. And that’s what a car with a 6-cylinder atmospheric engine achieves. The car's horse is lightweight - its roof is made of magnesium alloy, the front wings and hood made of carbon fiber. As a result, the car's center of gravity is lower, which improves its performance on the track, and of course the larger rear and front spoilers also serve. Air vents on the front wheel arches are also designed to increase the clamping force on the front axle. The suspension of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS is adjusted for maximum good grip on the asphalt, and an all-wheel drive system is used to improve the car's maneuverability and responsiveness to the steering. The result is one of the fastest serials in Porsche history. The GT3 RS circled the Nurburgring ring in just 7 minutes and 20 seconds and defeated the recently manufactured Porsche GT superwar.
