The Porsche Carrera GT has a center-mounted engine that was originally designed for a 6-cylinder turbo but was later converted to a V10 engine. This V10 was secretly developed for the Porsche Footwork F1 team in 1992. The engine develops 612 hp, and from 0-100 km / h the car accelerates in 3.8 s (although the tests achieved a result of 3.5 s) and reaches a maximum speed of 330 km / h!
