The Scion xB is a compact minivan manufactured for the United States market and is aimed at innovative, younger buyers. With the launch of the Scion brand, the xB was one of two cars offered by the company. The xB is indeed a slightly modified version of the Toyota bB sold in the Japanese market, which is built on the Toyota Yaris platform. This Scion differs from the Toyota model in that it has a steering wheel on the left side, separate front seats and a gearshift lever located in the center console instead of in the instrument panel in the center. The car stands out for Europeans and Americans with its unusual angled design, which is very popular in Japan. The xB was produced with just one engine, a 1.5-liter petrol unit with 108 hp (81 kW) and 142 Nm of torque.
