The third-generation Toledo introduced in 2004 has become completely different from previous models. Instead of the traditional three-space bodywork, a monotonous style chosen by Walter de’Silva was chosen. The front of the car is very similar to the recently appeared Seat Altea, the roof line is high and the rear is very similar to the Renault Vel Satis. All claims to sportiness have given way to practicality and a more solid image. The large luggage compartment with a capacity of 500 l is probably the best feature of the car. Under the hood, the Toledo uses the same engines as the Volkswagen Golf Mk5.
The car is extremely reliable - in the reliability charts Toledo stands above its relatives Audi A3 and Volkswagen Golf. In the UK, the Seat Toledo was ranked among the 100 most reliable cars of the last decade.

Car description
My impression about this vehicle: economical, having good road visibility, comparing to Audi A3 and VW Golf having a high driver’s seat position, spacious; it has got a roomy trunk, very comfortable rear passengers’ seats, high quality of the interior trim; also due to a higher base it’s easy to get in and out of this vehicle, it provides smooth driving and follows conventional design – obviously this Seat Toledo maintains individual identity. However, it has got low quality of the car interior equipment, comparing to Golf or Audi sound proofing isn’t much promising either…
Performance
It has 1.9 liter engine with 77 kW of power – very dynamic, with rapid acceleration, economical (47 mpg in the city). I guess this Seat has got the same engine as Audi, VW, and Skoda.
Reliability, running costs
This vehicle is good value for money. It’s too early to talk about the depreciation or running cost but somehow I believe there won’t be much difference if we take Golf or Skoda as for comparison.
Recommendations to buyers
Look for a good vehicle and treat it like a woman so you could be eventually rewarded with the action you seek for.
