With the introduction of the third-generation Ford Focus, the C-Max model was soon introduced, both produced on the same platform. The Ford C-Max unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show is available in five-seater and seven-seater (Grand C-Max) versions. The cars are very similar to the recently released Fiesta, Ka, Mondeo and Kuga models. The manufacturer seems to be strictly adhering to the unified style set, and it is also noticeable that even monovoles have clearly expressed sporty lines. Buyers like it, and the C-Max and Grand C-Max models will definitely like it. Compared to its little brother, the Grand C-Max has a sliding side door that provides easier and more convenient access to the car’s interior. Inside the cars, attention is drawn to the modern and luxurious finish, the multi-button instrument panel and the massive, multi-system control handle in the center. The new C-Max will also introduce new technologies, including the new EcoBoost direct-injection petrol engines (compared to engines of the same power, EcoBoost engines use 20% less fuel and emit 20% less carbon dioxide). TDCi diesel engines, equipment for increased safety - semi-automatic parking system and blind spot detection system are evaluated.
