That’s a pretty solid vehicle. I bought it from Citroen dealers with a 124.000 mileage, and no damage at all. The A/C radiator was leaking though. To my mind, you can expect this problem every 4.5 year. I have my sedan fully equipped with 18 inch wheel rims. The hydractive 3 plus suspension is simply unreal! Using the navigation system in the Western Europe won’t be problematic; however in the Eastern part it detects only the biggest cities with 2 large streets. Expect to experience a smooth ride, the automatic transmission works fine, fuel consumption in the city – 30 mpg; on the highway – 55 mpg; average – 40 mpg. It has a very comfortable driver’s seat, large mirrors, enough space for kids in the back. What is more, the sound isolation is marked on the glass by a special certificate - that satisfies me too. There’re 6 front and 4 rear park system sensors, so it’s impossible to overcome hitting the curbs. I was satisfied after changing A/C radiator and filling it up with refrigerant, but not for long. To my great disappointment, it was just the beginning of my expenditure on this vehicle: after a 160.000 mileage I had to change all brake disks and brake pads, a generator belt and a drive belt tensioner. After a 165.000 mileage I changed both rear link stabilizers. After a 170.000 mileage a car ventilation system stopped working. After a177.000 mileage oil had to be replaced for both front shock absorbers. Thanks God, I had no any other problems for a couple of months. What is more, there’s an automatic light sensor, so whenever the vehicle enters a tunnel or a garage low beams are turned on/off. Also, what I really like is that my car has folding mirrors which I find especially useful in narrow yards. A sim card is already installed in a car. If you are a tea or coffee lover you won’t get disappointed because there’s a cup holder. A very soft dashboard panel can be considered as a disadvantage though it doesn’t cause any unpleasant rattling sound. When I count my overall investments in this car I don’t think it was “painful” at all. Oil and all other filters were changed every 9.000 miles although the manufacturer suggests doing it every 12.000 miles. In general, I’m very satisfied about my car, in winter it gives enough comfort and warmth, if driving in a forest the suspension can be adjusted either up or down (lifted or lowered).

It is worth checking if the hydraulic suspension works properly. If necessary, find a qualified mechanic near you and ask for help to identify problematic spots.
